To book on our website, you must first register or log in to your account. When you book a trip or tour selected from the booking form, you agree to join. All your bookings can be managed through your dashboard.
We have ensured all security and safety measures during your trip in Bulgaria under the EU regulation. Within the price of every tour, each of you will be presented additional insurance that cover health risk.
As a licensed travel company number PK-01-8408, we strictly follow a refund policy in case of inability to fulfill our obligations under the General Terms and Conditions and individual travel contract.
Step 1. Booking
Once you have already selected a trip, the system will provide you with the opportunity to add experiences to it. Please write your company details in the notes field if you would like an invoice for an accounting purpose. When you are ready, please review the Terms and Conditions.
By agreeing to the general terms and conditions and pressing the book button, you will you have the option to pay now or book and pay later.
Step 2. Payment
Once we receive your booking, we will contact you for confirmation. In the next stage, we will send you an individual travel contract along with an invoice and you will be asked to make a payment according to your preferences.
If you have paid in the meantime, please upload the payment receipt via the dashboard, which will be reflected as an approved order.
